Fruit & Flaxseed Smoothie

Ingredients
2 tablespoons flaxseeds (or 1/4 cup ground)
1 cup whole frozen strawberries (about 10)
6 whole dried apricots, pitted
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 medium-size banana
1-1/2 cups low-fat chilled vanilla soymilk, almondmilk, or dairy milk
Instructions
Place whole flaxseeds in a clean spice or coffee grinder and whir until pulverized.
Place fruits and soymilk in a blender.
Add powdered flaxseeds, cover, and process until mixture is smooth, about 30 seconds.
Pour into glasses and serve.
