This Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie is a quick and easy breakfast or after school (or work!) snack. And another great reason to always keep a banana in the freezer.
3/4 cup low-fat milk (or milk alternative)
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1/2 cup ice cubes
Add ingredeints to blender in the order they are listed. Blend until smooth.
