I really like the sound of these muffins but do not want 2 1/2 cups of sugar. Is there a substitute, maybe molasses, maple syrup?
Recently diagnosed diabetic, I have been experimenting with using Stevia in the Raw instead of sugar! There is also a brown sugar substitute in that isle. Good luck!
Really sounds great , Do you have nutritional information for these, or perhaps I missed it.
I too would like to know if you could substitute out the wheat flour with another flour, say almond?
We would not recommend substituting with other flours.
