Here at the Almanac, we love a good brunch. Lemon pancakes, frittata, berry crepes … there’s something here for everyone. Treat your mother or special guests to a scrumptious brunch on Mother’s Day or any time!

These homemade crepes are topped with a berry sauce combined with orange liqueur. Add the homemade whipped cream and you’ve got one delicious breakfast or brunch treat!

Frittata Della Nonna

“My Nonna (grandmother) made this frittata in Italy as a child and teen, and they often ate it for brunch after church, slightly cooled, with toast spread with ricotta and fresh coffee grounds. You can add any variation of veggies and cheeses; that’s a big reason I love it!”
