Cilantro and Mint Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 small onion, diced
1 or 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
1/2 cup tightly packed cilantro leaves
1/2 cup tightly packed mint leaves
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, onions, peppers, cilantro, and mint. Process, scraping down the sides every 15 seconds, for 1 minute, or until ingredients are finely chopped and mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Yield:
Makes 3/4 cup.
