Quick, simple, and oh-so-refreshing! We loved this unique spin on a pear salad, in fact, it placed second in our Old Farmer’s Almanac Garden Guide recipe contest!

This is the perfect accompaniment to brunch or a light lunch.

Ingredients
2 cups freshly diced pears
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup chopped candied pecans
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
Tajin seasoning or chili lime seasoning, to taste
greens, for serving (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine pears, blueberries, and pecans. Stir to incorporate. Add feta and Tajín seasoning and toss, being careful not to overmix and mash feta.
  2. Serve over greens (if using).
