Seafood Casserole


1 cup crackers, crushed
1 cup canned, frozen, or fresh crab meat
1 pound fresh or frozen shrimp, uncooked
1-1/2 pounds haddock, uncooked
1/2 pound scallops, uncooked
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sherry


Mix ½ cup crushed crackers with all other ingredients except butter. Season to taste and put into a buttered 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle remaining crackers on top and dot well with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.


Serves 8.
