Dressing:

Ingredients
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
Instructions

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well blended.

Slaw:

Ingredients
4 cups coarsely shredded zucchini
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
2 Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
1 Fuji apple
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

In a bowl, combine zucchini, green onions, and apples. 

Pour dressing over  zucchini mixture and toss well to coat. Add salt and pepper and toss again. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.

To serve, use a slotted spoon to transfer slaw into a serving bowl and discard any liquid left behind.
