Sweet Potato and Pineapple Casserole


6 small sweet potatoes
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Dash of salt
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/3 cup honey


Boil potatoes with skins on. When cool enough to handle, peel and slice into ½-inch pieces. Layer sweet potatoes and pineapple in a buttered 1-quart casserole. Add dash of salt. Top with marshmallows and pour honey over all. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F.


Serves 6-8.
