Cranberry Parfait

Ingredients

1 quart vanilla yogurt (or vanilla ice cream)
6 cups leftover cranberry sauce
4 cups granola

Instructions

Into wide-mouth parfait glasses, scoop ½ cup yogurt (or ice cream). Top with ¼ cup cranberry sauce and a few tablespoons of granola. Repeat for a second layer. (Or make just one layer, with double the ingredients.)
